Hip☆Hop Candy is currently a small business, dedicated to providing you with the cutest, most fabulous goodies around! Run almost solely by yours truly, Olivia Bruno (known around the internet as Kitty or Miss Kitty), Hip☆Hop Candy began it's life being promoted on places like Deviantart and Gaia Online. We have since evolved into a much bigger business, shipping out many orders weekly and appearing at several major Anime and Manga conventions. -So do you make and design everything all by yourself?-

Yes! (mostly) All designs are created by myself, the website graphics and code are created by myself, and all the jewelry is made by myself! However, everything in the apparel section is printed externally since we don't yet have the facilities to print our own apparel.

-Okay. So where are you located?-

Hip☆Hop Candy produces and ships all items from New York. At this time, we currently do not have any physical locations that customers can enter, our products are sold only online.

Payments are generally handled by paypal (www.paypal.com). At the bottom of each page, you can add any item you like to your cart. Then use the checkout button at the top of the site to check out. Paypal provides us with your shipping address, so you don't have to worry about it!

-What is this paypal thing you speak of? Is there any way I can pay without it?-

You sure can! Please take a look at our next section if you would like to make a payment without paypal.

♥Mail-in orders and non-paypal payments♥

If you don't have a paypal account (although a paypal account is a really convenient thing to set up and manage), rest assured! You can still order your products via check or concealed cash (US dollars) through the mail. If you wish to do this, please send an email to misskitty@hh-candy.com with your name, your mailing address, and the items you will be ordering. I will respond with your total + shipping, and give you the address where you will be sending the payment. Once I recieve the payment, I will send you an email and ship your items out the following day.

-But I don't live in the United States. Can I still send a mail-in order?-

Sorry! At this time, we are only accepting mail-in orders from US residents. All international residents must pay by paypal. Sorry for the inconvenience!

-where do you ship to?-

We currently ship anywhere in the world!

-Oh, fabulous! So where do you ship from?-

We ship from New York, USA.

-So how long is it going to take for me to get my items?-

Our shipping days are currently Monday, Thursday, and Friday. So, if you place an order on a Monday (depending on the time you place your order) it will most likely be shipped on Thursday. From that time on, it will take anywhere from 3-12 days to recieve your order. US residents will generally recieve their order on the low end of the scale, whereas international orders have to pass through customs first--so it will take longer for them to get to you.

-Okay! By the way, what are your shipping prices?-

Shipping prices depend on how much you order and where you live! For US residents, the shipping is as follows:

$7 and under..............$2

$7+ to $15...... ......$3.50

$15+ to $25............$4.00

$25 and up..........$5.00

For International shipping:

$5 and under..........$2.50

$5+ to $10..............$3.50

$10+ to $25............$4.50

$25 and up.............$5.00

-Do you do wholesale orders? What are your discounts?-

Though our items are made to last, every item sold here is handmade, and requires a certain amount of care. All of our plastic items are water-resistant, but please remember to take your accessories off before you sleep, shower, swim, or wash your hands. Please treat your items gently and carefully!♥

-Are your tote bags machine washable?-

They sure are!

-Is it a good idea to buy items to give to my very small children?

Probably not a good idea. Small parts could cause choking, plus children tend not to be the most careful creatures in the world and would probably destroy the items!

-When are you going to carry shirts/hats/other product?-

-Where do you buy your supplies?-

My supplies are bought around the internet and various wholesale jewelry supply stores in New York City.
